Full backups

in the attached it shows a log of backup and how I have it set up. I want to do Full backups only. as it shows in the log it has different file counts and when I go to the backups it has several folders not backed up.
what should I do different?

Perhaps the folders that aren't backed up are Reparse points?

Thanks, I don't know what that means.
I bought a 2nd hard drive SSD, 2 TB and that is the only thing I put on it. in the begining I would do incremental backups and found out that was to hard to find the file i needed, so I changed it to Full Backups . I have an external drive I might transfer my backup to, and then start over on this 2nd drive. I guess another possibility the drive may be too full. I have been deleting older backups. I didn't if I have my setting set correctly.

If those are reparse points, just uncheck the option to ignore them in the settings.
