Copy on discs in raid 1

Excuse me for my bad English!
I am a new user of Cobian Reflector.
I ask myself a question:
I use the incremental copy, I have only changed one file in the source directory and Cobian copies the entire directory.
I copy a hard drive from my machine to a terra master (2 discs in raid 1)

In: « Général / Utiliser les attributs d’archive » is checked.

"Are you cleaning the archive attribute?"
No.
