All backups are parked

I actually have two questions.

1. All my backups are parked. How do I turn parking off?
2. I'm performing a full backup daily and would only like to keep 5-7 days of backups. Currently the option to increase "Full copies to keep" is greyed out and the backups keep increasing. If I don't check it for a month or more, then I have a month or more of parked backups.

In summary I'd like to turn off parking, keep 5-7 days of backups, and have any backups older than that automatically deleted.

1- Right click in the backup in the task history. Unpark.

2. You are NOT creating separated backups!
