Mirror Backup

I would like to do a mirror backup but it doesn't work.
I already read a few post about it on this forum, but nobody seems to have faced the same problem as me.

When I check the Mirror task (using safe mirror directory) option, whatever the backup I selected (full, incremental, differential), it desn't work.
The option Create new separated backups is uncheked.

When I remove one file from the source directory, and then I launch a backup, the removed file is still present in the directory of backup.

How to fix that?

I guess you are creating separated backups?
