If i understand it well this option is checked by default but is to have the timestamp of the backedup files like as the original ones ?
Is this correct ?

And this option should impact on the timestamp of the folder created by the job ? How ?
The folder does not exist in the folder tree of the original files as it's ctrated by the program , right ?

So as i asked why this folder have always the timestamp in the past and a specific timestamp ?
I'ts not random , its always the same timestamp "2021-11-18 13:04"
Where the program take this timestamp ?

The timestamp should be the same timestamp from the source:

Source folder: Creation date X, Last written date X

if the option "Copy timestamps" is checked then

Destination folder: Creation date X, Last written date X

If the option is NOT checked then the creation and last written date should be the timestamp where the folder was created.

If the option is checked but the timestamps is NOT the one of the folder, then the NAS is not settings the proper timestamp for some reason.

Ok I understand it ...

This specific date "2021-11-18 13:04" is the timestamp of the original folder i use for the backup.

So the program create a new folder at the start of the job named "xxxxx-YYYY-MM-DD" with a current correct timestamp but at the and of the job alter the timestamp of it with the original timestamp of the source folder !

So at the end i have all folders with the same timestamp.

So it's a program behaviour , that change also the timestamp of the main folder

I supposed as this is a new folder the program will create it and leave the normal timestamp of the creation , not altering it.
And than leave the original timestamp only for all the file inside it

It's your choice: to copy the timestamp or not.

But , if i uncheck this flag , how does this impact on the timestamp of file inside the source folder copied to the NAS ?

Original Timestamp for teh files is maintained ?
Changed to the time of when the job copy them to the NAS ?

No. You cannot have the cake and eat it. It's all or nothing.
