VSS - AlphaVSS.x64 Load Error

Hi,
Getting VSS Error 1600 on backup with volume shadow copy and system event log shows: "Cobian Reflector VSC Requestor: An error occurred while preparing the Volume Shadow Copy Requester: Could not load file or assembly 'AlphaVSS.x64.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found."
Windows Server 2012 OS. The file is present in Cobian Folder. Net 3.5 installed; Visual C++ 2010/2015 x86 and x64 installed.
Any ideas?

.net 3.5 is not necessary in reflector. Visual c libraries should be installed with the setup. Do you find any other info in the event Viewer?

That's all the info in the event viewer. This message comes up twice: Backup start initialization and then on the volume shadow requestor event.

But in the Application log of the Event Viewer. Perhaps you find something else there?

Apologies - The error message is in the application log of the event viewer (Cobian Reflector VSC Requestor). That's all the info shown.
