unexpected network error - no other information

I just removed Gravity because it was getting these errors and installed Reflector, and I am still getting many, many of these while performing a backup:

ERR 2023-09-26 07:25:25 An error occurred while copying "C:\Users\franc\OneDrive\Downloads\ChristmasPhotos\1997.jpg" to "\\192.168.1.130\francis\Downloads 2023-09-26 07;21;55\ChristmasPhotos\1997.jpg": An unexpected network error occurred

It creates the backup folder and maybe copies a few files, not sure. But then I get many of these messages without any more info.

I have worked with xfinity and they say the modem is fine. I have worked with the NAS (synology) support and they asked if I could upload a file. I created a folder and copied an entire "task" folder without issue.

So, it seems there is something in this reflector app. anything I can supply to this post to find the source of the issue?
