Yes, Filezilla is the only server I know that has changed the certificate format. Not supported yet.

Hello! I switched from Cobian Backup to Reflector and got the same error as TS. What needs to be tweaked in FileZilla for Reflector to work?

In the latest version of Filezilla the default self-signed certificate has been changed to ECDSA (instead of RSA). The solution is install a new RSA self-signed certificate into Filezilla which would then allow you to connect. Until I will be able to change the FTP libraries.
