Filename when backup is stored

Filename when backup is stored

When a backup is stored and I look for it in File Explorer, the file name is (example) D 2022-03-28 17;43;28. I want to confirm that is the time stamp after the Drive name. Correct? Is that the end time or start time?

This is the timestamp for when the backup is stored (the end of the backup operation)
