Volume Shadow Copy

Just reinstalled Cobian REflector to latest version. Had some errors when installing regarding 'Volume Shadow Copy'. Now as I start a backup i get this error:
ERR 2022-04-28 14:20:15 One or more errors occurred while creating the Volume Shadow Copy image.
ERR 2022-04-28 14:20:15 The Volume Shadow Copy requester is not available. Try to start it with the Service and Application control from the Tools menu.

Trying to force start it under the service and application menu does not work. I get the following error:
Starting the service...
Couldn't start the service: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

What can I do to enable it?

This is a new one. Have never seen such an error. Is the service installed or it doesn't even install?
