Because it is a reparse point.

If you want to copy reparse points just uncheck Options-Engine- Ignore reparse points

Morning, ever since I change the option of " uncheck reparse option " due to this error
"Ignoring the directory "C:\Users\Hennie Snyman\Documents\My Music". Reason: the directory is a reparse point."

I am getting the following error
"C:\Users\Hennie Snyman\Documents\My Music" (5) Access is denied
"C:\Users\Hennie Snyman\Documents\My Pictures" (5) Access is denied
"C:\Users\Hennie Snyman\Documents\My Videos" (5) Access is denied

if I open the user folder \documents\ there is no " my music or pictures or videos " folder , the my music or pictures or videos
is directly under Hennie Snyman folder , not in the documents folder.

If I include the path "C:\Users\Hennie Snyman\My Music , pictures and videos" it copies fine , but still getting the above error

regards
Louis

Hello!

Those directories don't really exist in some systems. Those are repairs points if I recall it correctly. Is the user running the service the same as "Hennie Snyman"? If not, you should change the program mode from Service to Application.

If the program is running as a service then it may be running under the Local System user .

Just change the installation mode from Service to Application using the Service and application button.
