Hi guys,
Since we migrate from Gravity to Reflector Some of our files aren't downoaded any more and an error is shown in the log
(Nota: "Remote debug" log files are empty)

__Very strange__: software in in english, logs are in english, but last part of the log line is in french!

Log:
ERR 2022-05-13 09:37:57 An error occurred while downloading the file "/bdd/2022-05-04/mysql/c2prepapacesfr.gz" to "D:\sauvegarde-BDD-SD1-online\2022-05-04\mysql\c2prepapacesfr.gz": Unknown command (code=500)
ERR 2022-05-13 09:37:57 An error occurred while downloading the file "/bdd/2022-05-04/mysql/dbispconfig.gz" to "D:\sauvegarde-BDD-SD1-online\2022-05-04\mysql\dbispconfig.gz": Le format de la chaîne d'entrée est incorrect.

Can any one help us with this issue

Code 500 means that the server doesn't understand or doesn't support some command. The french text you see is send by the server.

If it doesn't work and the old version did, then that could be a solution , yes.
