Setup is taking a lot of time

I currently use Cobian Backup and I would like to give a try to Cobian Reflector, so I downloaded crSetup-1.0.0.exe (from this site) but when I run it, it seemed stuck (several minutes without doing anything, no dialog, no window, nothing).
Thinking it had some problem I tried to kill it but it didn't work: process wasn't killed and trying again gave a "Permission denied".
When I tried to kill it, after some time (5 minutes or so) the process terminated "spontaneously".

I tried a last time to run the setup and, after 3/5 minutes the setup dialog appeared and I was able to start (and then complete) the installation.
I just wanted to report this problem for the author and for other users.
