How do all backups pause at activity time (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)?

Is there any option for Reflector to pause all backups at 07:00 a.m. and resume at 8:00 p.m. If it doesn't exist, is it possible to create it?

I guess you could use a script or program that checks the time and pauses and you could execute it as an event.

My backup starts at 23:00hs and when the full backup is done it lasts more than a day. Is there any event that occurs while the backup is running and run my script and pause the backup? Because I'd like this backup to pause from 7am to 6pm and resume once it's past 6pm. I believe that there would have to be an Active Hour setting from Xh to Yh and enable the pause in this interval, in the settings.
