Hi everyone.
Since enabled, each email I am receiving from Cobian Reflector has a total report with all the previous logs (months) instead of the only final operation; embedded or in attachment as I tested. Could anyone tell me the correct configuration to receive the only one log needed? Thanks in advance.
Too long log report sent by mail
Re: Too long log report sent by mail
Options-Log-Delete if successfully mailed.
That way only the latest log will be mailed every time.

Re: Too long log report sent by mail
Thank you very much, I tested it and received the last log only. But...
all previous logs went cancelled.
I was expecting to just receive the log by mail, not that al the logs went away (sometime I need to control any very past backup logs).
Is there any way to avoid cancelling all the logs after sending mails?
Ciao.
Mauro

Re: Too long log report sent by mail
Every file that exists in the Log directory will be zipped and sent so you need to delete the files when successfully mailed.

Re: Too long log report sent by mail
I had a similar need to keep old logs but only show errors on the latest. I run a ROBOCOPY job every night, as the very last execution, and move all but the last log to an OLD LOG directory. Solves the problem. Maybe that idea would work for you, using whatever copy utility you like. Cheers.
Re: Too long log report sent by mail
I have a backup task to copy my logs to some other place, compressed.
