The backup crashed in the middle of the night. I restarted it and it worked fine once.

Now it says I have permission issue....

So I re-create the directory path and still the same issue.

I tried a different back-up and it says I don't have permission....

----I mistakenly deleted the log-files because I thought this was going to be an easy fix and the folder size had gotten large.

If this is a permission issue on the source or destination, the the program shouldn't crash. If there is a permissions problem with the program's files, then yest, it sould, but you can run the permissions tool to try to fix this issue.
