Full Backup - Multiple External Drives

I am using Cobian Reflector and am wanting to perform full backs onto multiple external USB drives which are swapped over each day.
I have currently set a Task with Backup Type set to Full Backup, and not selecting separated backup option.
This all works fine, however, due to the large amount of data, this is taking a very long time to complete.
I am wanting to know the best option so only new and changed files copy, instead of re-copying everything that is already on the destination.
I am unsure of the other Backup Types to use when swapping disks, as I feel I will not get all files onto each disk each day using those options.
Seeking comment on the best way this should be done.
