backup date is wrong on filesystem

Hello, I've got this situation: https://i.imgur.com/uuNk4oe.jpeg

backups named roughnecks (full) were made by Cobian Backup - roughnecks (Completo) was made this morning by Reflector.
As you can see my Cobian Backup backups have the correct timestamp in dir name and FS, while Reflector's backup has the correct dir name but wrong "last modified" entry.

Is this a known bug? Any fixes?
Thanks

Are you copying the timestamps of the source?

I believe so: https://i.imgur.com/TuBEzXt.jpeg

Should I uncheck "copy hour and date?

If what you want if to have the timestamp of the time of creation then yes.
