Running an effective mirror task based on "Date modified"

Hi,
I am running daily mirror tasks to export some media files to a NAS. Nothing critical, I don't need backups. What would be effective parameter settings if I only want to transfer/update changed files files. Should archive attributes be used, should they be cleared? Which backup type? In my case I have 1 TB+ of audio files to mirror and Reflector is always copying ALL of them. This takes 2 days over my Wifi connection. Is there a way to ask Reflector to mirror only files with a newer "Date modified"?

Thank you all,
Olio

Incremental backp, Using archive attributes, Clearing archive attributes, should do it.

Thank you, Luis. I am running the mirror task right now with the specified parameters. It's been running 6 hours and it is at 16%. I hope it is only the first time it takes that long.

Yes, it's gonna go a lot faster the second time.
