The program has blocked all buttons and does not work

As an application, no autostart: The application must be manually started from the icon in the start- menu.
I have been using Cobian Backup for a long time. Now I found the new version Cobian Reflector and wanted to try it. I decided to start in normal mode (app) without services and autostart, because I rarely need to do this. And I'm running the program myself when I need it.
But I can't because all buttons are blocked and don't work.
What am I doing wrong?

You need to start the Application, not the User Interface.

I did as it is written - I launched it from the icon in the Start menu.

Both the application and the user interface can be started from the Start menu.
Anyway, do you find some error in the Event Viewer?

I dont know. I just began. Before that, I actively used the old version 11.
