Can't install Cobian Reflector 1.1.5

Hi,
I have been having trouble with the UI not showing. So, I removed the program and when I tried to re-install it, I only get the first two lines of the install list. It disappears very quickly. I have tried to install in in normal and admin, both to no avail. Even though the UI didn't show, everything continued to run as normal, however, I couldn't alter any of my backups.

What don.net version is installed? Do you find some error in your EventViewer?
