Hello, have such a problem.
Reflector runs as system service on Windows Server 2012R2.
Set only following tabs:
General tab -> Enabled, Dummy task
Schedule tab -> Daily, [time]
Events tab -> Post - backup events: CMD file with rsync command

When open Reflector's interface and run this task manualy, it works well.
When logoff from system and execute time reached, task not run.

Same task worked well on Gravity with logged off condition.

Perhaps with no user (System) the CMD file is not accessible?

Checked, "System" account had and has full access to CMD file.
So I changed service run from Local System account to Administrator user account.
And it helped!

Perhaps the CMD file was on the network on some other machine? System has no access at all to the network.
