Cobian Reflector has high disk usage when windows starts

Thank you for a great software I have been using for a long time.
I have noticed one thing though, the "Cobian Reflector User Interface" seem to be scanning my disk all the time! I mean all the time, since windows start then for at least ten minutes. This happens each time windows starts up, and I can't seem to find any settings in CR to disable this.
I make a backup mostly once every month, so it seems overly pretentious if the backup software is reading my disk nonstop to keep track of things or whatever happens.
Can I turn this off somehow? I would be happy with a software I start when I want to make the backup.
