Saving List - Access Denied

I've been using this program for many years. Thank you. I have run into a Cobian Reflector issue that seems to be a bug. On Win10, when I try to save a list a specific folder (below are two test folders that give errors) I get access denied. Saving to the default (Cobian Reflector\Lists) folder works.
I can read/write to the folder no problem. I can copy and paste files in both locations. It seems that Cobian has some issue writing the list. I've never had this issue before. Any ideas?
