Just check "Ignore empty backups". (Works only with local destinations (mon FTP/SFTP))

Você não entendeu! ! ! São diretórios com conteúdo dentro(Arquivos) e não estão sendo copiados. Sua resposta não tem nada haver com o tópico abordado.

I'm also having this issue since version 2.2.0
Worked fine before, same setting, same tasks. Only thing that changed was program version from 1.1.5 to 2.2.0.

I have daily backups, which means I now have over 100 empty folders in 10+ directories, because I did not expect this behaviour to change.
I chose cobian partially because it deleted empty backup directories.

And I can't revert to 1.1.5 since database is now altered to 2.2.x version and tables do not match.

The change on behavior was: In 1.x the program checked if the directory was empty and if so it was never copied.

In 2.x the directory is copied anyway and is checked and deleted at the end of the backup. (same behavior as in Cobian Backup 11)

This is due to a conflict of the first method with some mirror tasks.

The result should be the same IF you have the permission to delete the created empty directories.

I think there's a misunderstanding of the issue here. I'm referring to the parent folder created by Cobian Reflector (example "Documents 2023-01-13 19;00;23"). The empty subfolders are deleted, but the empty parent folder created to contain the backup is not.

I tested it in another local directory (2nd HDD) to verify it was not a permission issue and same behaviour occurred.

Setting that are related:
"Do not delete final directory=False"

Not sure if this setting should also apply to parent folder or not.

The directories should be deleted (I think they are NOT deleted on a ftp/sftp destination), but locally they should be deleted.

They are not being deleted.

I checked for hidden files and system files, there's nothing in the folder. RED (Remove Empty Directories)(configured to ignore any folder with any file) detects them as empty.
