Mirror to OneDrive

I have a problem with a mirror task. Local files to OneDrive folder (sync on local drive). The problem is with the file .849C9593-D756-4E56-8D6E-42412F2A707B on the OneDrive folder. "An error occurred while checking the mirrored changes: (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. " This file is in any OneDrive root sync folder on the local drive and I want to ignore it.
How can I ignore this file so that I don't get an error info.
I have already tried the option "Exclude these files" , but without success.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Hmm.. for mirrors there is no way at this moment to ignore a file.
