FTP command not understood

Since a week or two I get the error message:
Couldn't change the remote directory to "/NetBackup/backups": CWD : command not understood. (code=500)
when trying to upload a backup to a remote FTP server.
Is there anyone having similar difficulties? Is it due to changes in the program or is it possible to change some seetings to avoid this error?

Couldn't search the forum as the search function did just lead to a blank page.

2023-01-14 09:02:10 Los respaldos han sido eliminados. Los ficheros pueden estar siendo eliminados en un subproceso en segundo plano.

First one is a remote Synology and 2nd one is a local FTP server provided by a FrtizBox router.

Cant' test on a Synology. Don't have one. Can't test on a FrtizBox router. Don't own one.

Tu server synology es vía web o físico?

My server is a synology NAS as well. So probably it's part of the problem. @cobian I can provide you an Synology FTP connection if you like.

It's a physical synology in a remote (internet) location.
But the same happens with a local FritzBox router FTP(S) server.
They were working fine with old Cobian Backup and with Reflector up to 2.3.2.
They stopped working after upgrading 2.3.3.

Both are FTP over SSL/TLS. Perhaps it only happens with FTP(S)
