Upgrading to ver 2.3.3 from ver 1.1.2 don't work on Windows 10 Pro.

I get "engine not found" and UI completely disabled (empty) after upgrading to ver 2.3.3. The install report everything OK. Tried to install both as service and application but same problem.

I failed to observe the .net version requirement, so this is probably the reason. Will repost the question if still problem after .net update.
