Hello! Please can you help me to resolve this error?

An error occurred while compressing the file "\\somePC\somedatabase" into the archive: (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process:

I got this problem since Cobian Backup 11 Gravity - Cobian Reflector 2.3.5, when running the task i always got empty zip archive but if not using zip (no compression), my full backup is ok.
My OS is both windows 10 22H2 64 bit and only using Windows Security no other antivirus.

I installed Cobian Reflector 2.3.5 with its default.

Are you using Volume Shadow Copies on your tasks?

Yes! Default on creating new task I only change Files source and destination.

I only use default in general settings. I even tried to change Volume Shadow Copies service startup type in windows.

Archive Compression type:

No compression = Backup ok

Compress files individually = empty zip archive + An error occurred while compressing the file.

By the way I even try it on a fresh install windows 10 64bit same error.

Is there anything you would suggest so I can try to address the issue on my installed Windows?

Updating to Cobian Reflector 2.3.6 today, I get the same error.

Zip metod should work better in this case. Could you change feo 7z to zip and see if it works?

But I prepare the zip method than 7zip. I hope the zip method will work for me soon in the new updates.

Any other suggestion i could try to address the zip method.

No... no idea. I don't use compression myself.

.zip = Doesn't work (On my OS Win10 22H2 64bit)

.7z = Works (Backup is ok)
