I guess the backup is zipping desktop.ini to desktop.ini.zip but when it runs again it want to zip the zipped file again and it is causing a error:
An error occurred while compressing: (5) Acceso denegado: [E:\Music\Molotov\desktop.ini.zip]

My guess is that the file has gotten the system attribute or the readonly attribute on.
