Error when sending backups via FTP.

Hi Man,
An error has occurred while sending backups via FTP. It happens eventually.

2023-02-24 00:13:51 Connecting to xxxxxxxxxxx.com...
2023-02-24 00:13:51 Connected to xxxxxxxxxx.com.
2023-02-24 00:13:52 Logged in into the remote server.
2023-02-24 00:13:52 Uploading the file "F:\Temp_BKPs\eef6cf42-3650-4010-b8ce-56a089428687\WKRadar_FTP.zip" to "/"...
ERR 2023-02-24 00:48:02 An error occurred while uploading the file "F:\Temp_BKPs\eef6cf42-3650-4010-b8ce-56a089428687\WKRadar_FTP.zip" to "/": An I/O exception occurred.
2023-02-24 00:48:02 Disconnected from xxxxx.com

Any idea?

Any idea?
More details of the problem:
Attached are two jobs run on the same source and sent to the same destination with an interval of 1 hour.
The one on the left completed without errors. The one on the right gave an I/O error.

Any Idea?

Could be a time out if the archive is too big. Check Keep alive transfer to see if it helps.

I need to apologize to you one more time, my friend.
Only the keep alive IDLE option was checked on some Servers.
So I checked the TRANSFER option and lowered the interval to 30s. It seems to have resolved.
