Access Denied on sub folders that are NOT there?

I am backing up my entire Documents folder and the path is c:\Users\username\Documents. I DO NOT HAVE any sub folders named "My Music", "My Pictures" or "My Videos" I do have those folders however they are NOT SUBFOLDERS of Documents. They are at the same level, for example, c:\Users\username\My Pictures or c:\Users\username\My Music and finally c:\Users\username\My Videos. Those folders are being back up with no issue. Why does Reflector seem to think there are folders with those same names inside of my Documents folder. I have check and they do not exist, nor are they hidden. The error I get now is "Access is Denied" before it said something about "reparse" but i fixed that.

Please help.
Thanks

Explorer uses a lot of trickery sometimes like reparsing points. Check the actual structure in the command line.

Sorry, but what do you mean by "Check the actual structure in the command line"?

In the command line, do a "dir" to see the actual directory structure.

I have done this but there are no such physical or hidden folders as described in the path.

I recommend that you provide some images for that here. It's easier for me to follow/
