Compression type/Encryption method

I'm attempting to move from Cobian Backup 11 to Reflector v2.3.9 but I can't find options to define the Compression type and Encryption method .
Checking on the FAQs I found a few of responses indicating that these may be available in a release due early this year (2023).
Is there any news on this update ?

Everything is in the "Archive" tab of the task.

Thanks.
I found the "Compression Method" as 7zip in the Archive tab but couldn't find the" Encryption method", (AES 256/192/128 bits), in that tab.

The encryption method is global now (Options-Archive)
