Cobian Reflex 2.3.10 won't install. Error says "Windows cannot access device"
I have Microsoft.NET version 4.8. Can't think of any reason.
Does installer crSetup-2.3.10.exe have to be in any particular location?

No, should work. The installer extracts the file to the temporary directory first. Perhaps that's the problem?
