Problem with instalation

I have a problem with installing the program on Windows Server 2022 Standard. The installation stops and there is a message :

The description for Event ID 1000 from Application Error source could not be found. Either the component causing this event is not installed on the local machine, or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on your computer.
or

The description for event ID 1026 from the .NET Runtime source could not be found. Either the component causing this event is not installed on the local machine, or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on your computer.
