ERROR SAVE FTP

Post by MLECOCQ »

Hello, I have a problem on cobian reflector

I save data to an FTP server, the connection is correct but I have copy errors on 14 file "An I/O exception occurred"
and also another message on 2 files "Failed to create the remote directory - Internal error creating the directory. (code=450)"
otherwise the rest is copied.

Thank you for your help.

I go through google translation because I am French.

Sounds like a timeout issue. Check the Keep alive options in the FTP properties.

I also have the same error with the message "An error occurred while downloading the file"
Is it possible that this is a cause of too long folder and subfolder length?

C:\Backup\""\""\User\Desktop\""\""\""\""\""\file to "/""/Save Data/User/Desktop/""/""/ ""/"": An I/O exception has occurred.

The length of the path should not be a problem if the destination is on NTFS.

yes the destination is indeed on NTFS , but I can't find why I have its errors.

- An error occurred while downloading the file = An I/O exception occurred

- Unable to create remote directory = The FTP client has not yet connected to the server. The requested action cannot be performed until after a connection has been established

- The format of the input string is incorrect

- directory not found. (code=550)

THANKS

C:\Backup\""\""\User\Desktop\""\""\""\""\""\

seems very strange. What is your source? Is this a manual source or a normal folder?

I copy from a physical server to a hosted server, it's just files and folders.
