Installing the Cobian Reflector program does not work

Hello, the Cobian Reflector program is not installed on Windows 10 LTSC 2021 and/ or Server 2022 after updates from Microsoft, the installation works on clean Windows, but what if you need to uninstall and install again?
Installation.NET runtime from the site - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/down ... -framework it doesn't help.
The installation of the program starts, requests administrator rights, after confirmation - visually nothing happens, after 30 seconds the process simply closes in the task manager. Can I fix the installer of the program so that it works?

Hello, I misled you a little, it's not about updates from Microsoft, but about the group policy being applied to the computer, and to be specific - Computer Configuration (enabled)-Policies-Windows Configuration-Security Settings-Local policies/Security Parameters-System Encryption Tools-(System Cryptography: Use FIPS-compatible algorithms for encryption, hashing and signing).
After enabling this policy, the installation of the Cobian Reflector program is not possible.
In addition, when this policy is enabled, after installing the Cobian Reflector program, it makes it impossible to run the already installed Cobian Reflector program.

I had the same problem, with multiple installation failures on my work-issued PC.
Finally someone in Security said the problem might be that our enterprise was enforcing FIPS rules. They turned it off for my PC and I was able to install Cobian Reflector. And I was able to use it -- once.
Then I rebooted, and I guess the FIPS rules are now being enforced again. When I try to launch the Cobian Reflector Main Application I can watch on the Details tab of Task Manager as Cobian.Reflector.Application.exe appears and then disappears within a second or two.
I understand that replacing Reflector's current encryption method with FIPS-compatible algorithms for encryption, hashing and signing may not be easy.
But I didn't use encryption with Cobian Backup and I don't need to use it now with Reflector.
Would it be possible to release a version of Cobian Reflector with no encryption functionality, so as to avoid this conflict with FIPS?

When I tried to install on a PC in my lab I had the same situation

To give some context, its a PC not connected to the web, installed on a Lab for a specified instrument. I re-installed windows using the image provided by the supplier, .net version 4.8 (ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu).
