Hello everyone,
I never receive an email report when an error occurs.
Only the Cobian Reflector symbol flashes white and red alternately.
But I have always hidden the symbol in the taskbar.
Because I back up my email folder to my NAS once every day.
Are there situations where the backup fails.
Be it the NAS is not accessible, or the password is incorrect.
So I should receive an email?
Test email via Reflector works perfectly.
The “Only mail if errors are found” function is also activated under the “Log” options.
The error message is called in the log: (the same message appears as a drive letter even if the NAS is not accessible.)
ERR 2023-10-11 10:38:42 The destination directory "\\angelchc.synology.me\eM_Client\F\MAIL" couldn't be created:
(1326) Der Benutzername oder das Kennwort ist falsch: [\\angelchc.synology.me\eM_Client\F]
Send all files as an attachment, such as settings etc.
Greetings,
Angel

If the test works, then it should work.
Do you have a "Shutdown" or similar event in your task? If so, the program may shutdown your computer before the mail is send

Re: No error message via email
Problem found.
In the options, I have “Mail daily” set to “When a task is done”.
Now comes the email.
