Error in network backup with long file name?

Operating system: Windows Server 2012 R2
Backup software: Cobian Reflector 2.5.00
Some file names in the backup file are relatively long, but the local backup can be completed normally.
If it is an off-site backup (such as a shared folder on another computer on the LAN, or on a NAS), files with long file names cannot be backed up, and an error message appears:
ERR An error occurred while copying "source file" to "destination file": The file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

If the remote folder is a Windows machine with NTFS formatted disk, then it should work. If it's a NAS or similar then...it depends.
