Reflector & Bitlocker

Will FIPS Bitlocker break Reflector? Had a Win10 workstation with Bitlocker enabled - and I believe Reflector launched [I don't remember if I actually tested it or not].

Recently I had turn off Bitlocker - enable FIPS - then re-enable BitLocker.

Now when I launch Reflector, no application launches.

If I try a reinstall, the installer launches the uninstaller and reports it's waiting for uninstaller to quit.

While searching thru this forum, it appears there's an issue with backing up to a BitLocked drive?

It should work OK as an application, but there are some problems when working as a service.
