I lose files when using Cobian Reflector
The file transfer scheme is as follows - the company sends us orders in .xml ftp format and the task moves the files into two folders, but sometimes the file disappears, the company with which the exchange is made looked at the log files and reported that the document was sent to us.
Could you please explain what to do? Perhaps I set the parameters incorrectly. Also, is it possible to save a backup copy of the file that is transferred for this task? Since when moving it is deleted. And I would like to be able to always get the file when necessary. Thank you in advance.

Perhaps the only problem I can see if in the source, where you are mixing / with \. For remote sources, only / sould be used.

upon request of a file from ftp, the document went to D:\Obmen_Ecod and a copy to D:\Backup, according to the logs 3 files from ftp were processed, but then 1 file was processed from D:\Obmen_Ecod, and 2 were missing. Why might this be a problem please tell me

Are the 3 files xml files?
You can activate the Individual file log to see what is going on at file level.
