I get the following when trying to te my eMail setup:

Any idea what this is?

I had a copy of Cobian 11 next to 12 that I was upgrading from. I used the same mail settings from 11. And 11's test goes through without issue

Fixed it.

The issue was a malformed character in one of the three "Mail recipients" fields. I apparently got a little too happy with the copy and paste!

That was obscure!!

used ver.11 for a decade with no problems sending email logs. Now even that ver. does not work anymore as of 12-2023. Have tried to find answers but to no avail. HELP

The problem is that outlook.com and GMail have terminated the old SMTP method for sending mail. Now they use OAuth, which is a completly different beast.

In the case of GMail, there is a workaround: (perhaps there is something similar inOutlook.com)
