incremental backuo

I am a new user of reflector
I have made a complete backup of my computer. No problem
Now i want to make an incremental copy. When I ask for this copy, the soft says it is the first backuo and change "incremental" in "complete". But it is not the first backup! What's wrong?
Previously I used gravity and had not this problem

Look at the history of the task. How many copies you see in that task?

In the history I see a number of "full backups" that I did not make and that I do not understand
Where do these so-called backups come from?
