How to make backup look like source?

I'm not sure how to word this, but how do I set Cobian Reflector up so that destination looks exactly like the source. So that if I add or especially delete files in the source, the destination will also add or delete these files.

Check the mirror option. But this is NOT a backup and a quite dangerous option.
