I have a task with more than 100gb to back up, but when I try to run it, Cobian consumes all the server's ram
What should I do to make it not consume so much RAM?

Do not use compression (best option) or change the method to 7zip.

I configured the task this way, but the problem still persists, I need to at least compress the file

You could check the Low priority setting,m but it will take a lot of more time.
