Error Installing 2.6.00

See attached.
Windows 10 Pro, executing as Admin, have uninstalled previous version.
Log file refers to Version 1.1
What am I doing worng?

Some file may be cached by the OS. Often this is not a problem and could go away the next time you try to install the program.

Hi.
Nah ... just keeps picking another file to complain about
It's functional ... just not the updates I guess.

Tried cleaning out any issues with CCleaner and clearing cached files wherever i could find them, rebooting, run as admin etc.
Nothing seems to change.
Something up with my Laptop I guess.
