Execute adn Wait does not deal with spaces

Post by Todd »

Dear Cobian,

Windows 11 22H2
Reflector 2.6.00

Two bugs to report

1) under 2.6.00, I can not longer edit the pre-event tasks.

2) I suddenly got this error on my pre-event:
2024-02-09 17:09:24 The program C:\Program Files\Rakudo\bin\raku.exe has been successfully executed and has terminated.
ERR 2024-02-09 17:09:24 The exit code of the program "C:\Program Files\Rakudo\bin\raku.exe" is not zero. Exit code: 1
Reflector could not find find raku.exe as Reflector is not quoting out the space in "Program Files". Reflector was trying to run "C:\Program".

Removing rakudo and reinstalling it in C:\Rakudo" (without the "Program Files") fixed the issue. Note that there is no space in the new location's path.

1- In order to edit you must select the event

2- Hmm.. Works fine here. The program executyes events with space in the file name. Tested with C:\Program Files/Notepad++/notepad++.exe

It worked for me too, for a while.

This is what I get after selecting the task, then clicking edit. Same as "Add".

I am remotely working on a customer's Cobian Reflector at the moment (W11 22H2 pro). I upgraded her from 1.3.0 to 2.6.00. Execute and wait is dealing fine with the space in "Program Files". Not my machine though. Hmmmmmmmmm
