Reflector Will Not Launch User Interface

I have used Cobian Backup for many years and always appreciated it. I upgraded to Cobian Reflector recently and it worked for a while, but now will not launch the User Interface. I get "Welcome to Cobian Reflector", but no user interface appears. When I click the icon again, I get "Another instance of the user interface was detected. Closing it". But the User Interface never appears. I ran the Permissions Tool, but no change. Reinstalling did not change anything. Directly ran Cobian.Reflector.UserInterface.exe from files, and exactly the same result. I think VSC was enabled when the User Interface was working.

DETAILS:
Running as Application, not Service.
Run as Administrator.
Windows 11.

You may be using several monitors. Reset the UI positions with the tray icon.

same issue, but I've only one monitor
I try to launch Cobian Reflector... but nothing happens...
It worked perfectly until last month
I reinstalled it (V2.6.55), as an app, nothing changes, and then as a service, same issue...
My PC runs on W10 Pro 22H2 (updated as of Feb 13th), up to date.
