Error in displaying time (?)

Not really an EWRROR but a bit annoying. The time is used in naming a new folder is using ; instead of :. Example
2024-02-21 17:13:12 Backing up the directory "D:\GIT" to "M:\Backup\Software\GIT\GIT-2024-02-21 17;13;11"

Try to create a folder manually with : in the name. Report the results.

Here is correct format of time stamp

Have you tried? That format is impossible.
