uploading error - Permission denied (code=550)

hello, looking to resolve these errors. they never occurred before, suddenly it has happened. thank you for any suggestions and help in the matter.

also this error, which never existed until recently:

The Volume Shadow Copy will copy/clone/backup the data files, but the QuickBooks application itself does not support the VSS/shadow copy service. Thus, any opened QuickBooks files will be marked in a "crash consistent" state, which means that I/O writes could have not completed and the file could be corrupted.

Can you stop QuickBook with an event and start it again with a post-backup event?

i removed the troublesome files from the backup destination, and that resolved those issues. corrupted qb files are easily corrected, although we do have a scheduled task to log out users to minimize corrupt data.

however, the new error which appeared just today still persists -

tried the following exclude mask but it did not resolve the issue with the error. also curious why the error was not present before:
*System Volume Information\*, *\Thumbs.db, *SRECYCLE.BIN\*
